What Does it Mean, When The Lender Says My Reverse Mortgage Loan is "Terminated?"

This usually happens when:


● You move out permanently (not on an extended vacation, hospitalized, or recovering in rehab)


● The last remaining spouse living in the home passes away


● You choose to sell the home


● You choose to refinance the home into another loan (Reverse or Traditional mortgage)
