What NOT to Do When Going Through the Home Buying Process:

#1: Do NOT change jobs, become Self-Employed or quit your current job.


#2: Do NOT buy or finance a new car or make any large expenditures.


#3: Do NOT use your credit cards excessively or be late on ANY payments.


#4: Do NOT spend any of the money you have put aside for the purchase of

your new home!


#5: Do NOT omit any debts from your loan applica􀆟on.


#6: Do NOT buy any furniture, furnishings, or appliances for the new home

before Closing.


#7: Do NOT originate any new credit inquiries.


#8: Do NOT make any large deposits or move money between accounts.


#9: Do NOT change bank accounts.


#10: Do NOT Co-Sign for ANYONE!


Please check with your loan officer before you make ANY moves as

stated above. It could be detrimental to your loan approval and home
